1. Subscription Refund Policy for https://insights.proshare.in
We do not provide refunds once a subscription is purchased. For yearly subscriptions, if you are not satisfied and wish to discontinue, you may request a refund for the remaining months. This will be considered only from the next billing cycle and is subject to approval based on a genuine reason. Refund requests must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
2. Influencer Marketing Platform Refund Policy for https://dashboard.proshare.in
No refunds are provided for payments made on our influencer marketing platform as funds are directly allocated to influencers, with ProShare retaining a small commission. Please review all terms and conditions carefully before making any payment.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Minimum refund processing time: 7 business days
Maximum refund processing time: 14 business days
